Embedded (Mobile)
This option brings the full myFlowpay experience into your native mobile app. The host app backend asks Flowpay for a one-time launch URL and the app opens it in an in-app browser presented over the host app. myFlowpay runs there, optionally carrying your branding, and the customer closes it to return to the host app when they are done. For a web host app, use Embedded (iFrame) instead.
This option requires you to do the following:
- Request a launch URL from the host app backend and open it in an in-app browser
Optionally, you can also:
- Provide merchant's sales transaction data via API (or Bulk sales transactions export) – gives us data you already hold instead of relying only on what the customer connects themselves, and enables pre-scoring of your customer base
- Receive webhooks to learn how the customer is progressing – needed only if you want to show financing status in your own UI, present our financing offer alongside your other content, or act on the outcome
Value stream and process overview

Dashed steps are optional.
Branding
Branding is optional, and where you want it, it works exactly as it does for the iFrame option. Flowpay can provide a custom CSS theme built from your brand colors and fonts, and the journey can be served from a subdomain of your own root domain (e.g. flowpay.yourdomain.com) so your customers see your domain in the address bar throughout. The subdomain is optional here, where it only affects what the address bar shows – unlike the iFrame option, where it is a technical requirement. If you use both options, each needs its own subdomain.
Customer base pre-scoring
This option also allows to run pre-scoring for the whole customer base and approach the customers with pre-generated offers. All that is required is that you provide us with your customer's pseudonymized sales transactions data (typically orders or payments). Based on the data we generate financing offers and you distribute them to your customers in your preferred way.
